About The Role & Team
Are you an enthusiastic, driven professional with a passion for sales and customer success? Join us as an
Account Associate and be part of a team that supports the growth of exciting accounts within the aviation and IT sectors. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior account managers and cross-functional teams to build and strengthen client relationships, develop business opportunities, and drive value for our customers. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to grow, learn, and make an impact.
What You’ll Do
- Sales and Relationship Building:
- Support and assist in managing sales activities for select Tier 4 and Tier 5 client accounts, collaborating with senior team members to meet and exceed objectives.
- Build rapport with clients and become a trusted resource, helping them get the best value from our services.
- Learn and Apply Customer Insights:
- Gain a deep understanding of client needs and challenges, using these insights to help identify opportunities for growth.
- Participate in customer meetings and discussions, where you’ll learn to offer insights that align with customer priorities and demonstrate our unique value.
- Pipeline Growth and Lead Conversion:
- Partner with the Marketing team to convert qualified leads into actionable sales opportunities and build a pipeline for future growth.
- Keep track of account activities, ensuring that sales forecasts are regularly updated and accurate.
- Client Communication and Support:
- Respond to customer requests and ensure services are delivered on schedule, working with internal teams to keep clients satisfied.
- Communicate our value proposition clearly, showing clients how we can meet their business goals.
- Develop Market Awareness:
- Stay informed on industry trends and share relevant insights with clients, helping them adapt to market changes and spot new opportunities.
- Communicate key trends with internal teams to build awareness and adapt strategies as needed.
- Support Account Operations and Issue Resolution:
- Keep clear visibility on account status and address any issues by working with senior team members, ensuring smooth account operations.
- Assist in managing payment-related activities, working with the team to resolve any issues that may affect payment timelines.
Qualifications
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
- Education: Degree in business, sales, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing or sales support role, NICE-TO-HAVE in IT or aviation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to meet or exceed sales goals.
