Shift patterns: 4on 4 off - Days and Nights - 12 hour shifts
Location: Luton Airport - LU2 9LS

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- Overseeing the Turnaround Coordinators and all procedures in place
- Co-operate with their manager/supervisor in order to allow them to perform or comply with any legal requirements imposed on the company
- Carry out work in accordance with information and training provided and any specific health, wellbeing, safety and security rules or procedures
- Thorough knowledge of dispatch and weight and balance
- Ability to support, coach and motivate your team
- Ability to perform in a pressured environment and work to tight deadlines.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

- You need to have experience of working within the airport environment as a Turnaround coordinator or flight dispatcher
- You must hold a full UK manual driving license
- IT experience and fully computer literate is essential
- Supervisor/Team leader experience would be an advantage
SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL
- Be able to provide five years address history
- Be able to provide five years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
- To obtain a full airside ID
