Job Description
We are seeking a
Tech Services Engineer – Cabin Systems to support cabin systems maintenance, reliability improvement, and technical operations. The role involves providing cabin-related technical expertise, implementing best maintenance practices, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify improvement opportunities in Cabin Systems maintenance and implement best practices.
- Support technical troubleshooting, inspections, and issue resolution related to cabin systems.
- Ensure compliance with aviation safety standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and complete technical documentation and records.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to support operational requirements.
- Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers for technical support and spare parts management.
- Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned by leadership.

- Strong knowledge of Cabin Systems
- Technical maintenance and inspection skills
- Understanding of technical documentation (AMM, CMM, IPC, etc.)
- High focus on safety and regulatory compliance
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and coordination abilities

Education & Experience Requirements
- B.Sc / BE / B.Tech in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Avionics Engineering
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Cabin Systems maintenance
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and standards (preferred)
- Experience with Boeing fleet is an added advantage
- B1 License on Boeing aircraft preferred
