Job Description
We are hiring a
Cabin Shop Technician to support cabin maintenance activities, ensure high-quality cabin standards, and maintain compliance with aviation regulatory requirements. The role includes hands-on cabin repair work, coordination with multiple departments, and technical support for cabin reliability and appearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cabin maintenance, repairs, refurbishment, and component restoration.
- Maintain high standards of cabin presentation in line with regulatory and airline requirements.
- Coordinate with MCC, Inflight, Cabin Appearance, Planning, and Logistics teams.
- Ensure compliance with DGCA regulations and internal maintenance procedures.
- Support, train, and guide team members as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation for cabin-related tasks and inspections.
- Assist in audits, safety checks, and quality reviews to reduce defects.

Minimum
Education & Experience Requirements
- 10+2 (PCM) or equivalent
- Ab-initio AME training from a DGCA-approved institute
- DGCA (I) AME License with Type Rating / Company Authorization on 2+ company aircraft types
Experience
Minimum: 8 years hands-on cabin maintenance experience on transport category aircraft
Desired: 3+ years on A320 or B777/B787 fleets
