Job Description
We are hiring a
Workshop Manager – NDT to lead and manage all Non-Destructive Testing operations, ensuring compliance with NAS410/EN4179, technical supervision, and the qualification of NDT personnel. The role ensures high-quality NDT support for aircraft maintenance and regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical supervision of all NDT activities.
- Perform duties as the company’s designated Nominated Level 3 for NDT certifications.
- Ensure compliance with NAS410/EN4179 and regulatory standards.
- Develop, maintain, and update NDT manuals, procedures, and training programs.
- Conduct regular internal system and product audits.
- Oversee qualification and certification of NDT personnel.
- Maintain updated written practices and ensure approval from Quality leadership.
- Coordinate with engineering teams and external regulatory bodies.

Minimum
Education & Experience Requirements
- 10+2 (PCM) + Bachelor’s degree (Engineering)
- Certified NDT Level 3 (NAS410/EN4179)
- 5–7 years NDT experience with 2 years in Level 3/supervisory role
Desired
- Airbus/Boeing NDT experience
- Experience in regulatory audits and NDT training development
