Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Chief Manager – Engineering Services to lead engineering operations, ensure regulatory compliance, drive strategic initiatives, and strengthen the organization’s technical capabilities. The role requires strong leadership, in-depth aviation engineering knowledge, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams while maintaining high standards of safety and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support aircraft selection, acquisition, and retirement, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.
- Identify and implement new technologies, tools, and engineering processes to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Lead recruitment, development, and performance management of engineering teams, including mentoring and capability building.
- Identify safety hazards, manage operational risks, and implement mitigation strategies for maintenance and repair activities.
- Provide strategic direction and manage execution/prioritization of engineering tasks in line with organizational goals.
- Coordinate effectively across internal and external stakeholders, regulatory authorities, vendors, and suppliers.
- Ensure continuous adherence to aviation safety standards, regulatory compliance requirements, and engineering best practices.
- Oversee third-party vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of quality services and materials.
- Handle additional projects or responsibilities assigned by leadership from time to time.

Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Avionics Engineering, OR Aircraft Maintenance Engineer qualification with valid DGCA license
- Minimum 10 years of experience in aircraft engineering services or maintenance
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of aviation safety standards, regulations, and industry practices
