Job Description
We are hiring
Sr. Technicians / Technicians to perform aircraft maintenance activities, ensure tool compliance, and support cabin maintenance and engineering operations. The role ensures strict adherence to standards, safety, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform aircraft maintenance tasks as per company standards.
- Allocate work and supervise maintenance tasks for assigned technicians.
- Ensure tools and materials are returned and logged properly after every shift.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Cabin Appearance, and Ground Services.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas.
- Ensure accurate shift handovers.
- Guide, mentor, and train junior staff.

Minimum
Education & Experience Requirements
- 10+2 (PCM)
- DGCA-approved Ab Initio AME Training
- DGCA (I) AME License with 2+ aircraft categories
Experience
Minimum: 4 years cabin maintenance experience
Desired: 3 years on A320 / B777 / B787
