Responsibilities (Primary Functions):
- Gather, analyze, and transform large sets of employee feedback data into actionable insights using SQL, Python, AWS etc.
- Develop and automate advanced visualizations in Qualtrics, AWS to display engagement metrics, pulse survey results, and other key indicators.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to identify trends and recommend strategies for improving employee experience.
- Validate survey health metrics and ensure data integrity.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to HR leaders and stakeholders.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in analytics or HR technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or information systems.
Technical Competencies:
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, AWS, and Qualtrics dashboards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on people and process.
Behavioral Competencies:
- Lead initiatives with high accountability, create a collaborative environment with a solution-based approach.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and mentor for the team offering technical advice.
