Role Purpose
To execute with clear direction from the head, on the transformation agenda (change), lead the monitoring of all initiatives / programmes across the group, its divisions, anchoring to clear KPIs and target stated in the scorecard
Key Accountability - Lead Group Transformation Program initiatives (e.g. digital execution, Innovation) for the Divisions/Sister Cos assigned, to deliver intended outcomes and/or savings. Lead the company-wide process, e.g. via design sprints, labs, workshops with the intent of supporting the Senior Management in the identification, prioritization and rapid validation of transformational initiatives.
- Lead collaborative work with cross-functional teams to drive and track integration projects and activities, monitor and correct any schedule compliance issues, manage critical path, risks and track dependencies, improve the process through post-project assessments.
- Focus on helping Divisions/Sister Cos execute against business priorities and cross-functional initiatives by providing technical expertise from a transformation and change management perspective across the organization.
- Execute and provide support to the Project Managers from other Business Units and Divisions, to ensure initiatives program deliverables align to the target set.
- Lead and manage the consultation and syndication process with senior management (internal) and key stakeholders, i.e. GEXCO, Board, Management team, Shareholders, etc
Qualification & Experience
Degree in Economics/Business Administration/Engineering/Mathematics or any relevant field with 8-10 years experience in the related field of business planning, strategy, project management, analytics, consulting

- Analytical skills and ability to articulate the problems for easy understanding, and excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively, building successful working relationships across organisational, and with key stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills. The ability to establish credibility and exert influence with key stakeholders at both a strategic and operational level

- Ability to effectively influence and work closely with other Business Units to achieve the same goal
- Ability to effectively lead and drive the implementation of the initiatives developed in the labs
- Quick response in planning and execution, and highlight risks to the head / lead early
