IP Analytics team of Honeywell’s IP COE is a leading provider of IP project services to Honeywell SBG’s. Our service portfolio includes patent prosecution, patent application drafting, patent search & analytics, strategic IP projects, competitive tech intelligence and Open source software compliance. We support SBG IP Counsels in managing their IP processes and portfolios
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
- IP Analyst II is responsible for supporting patent prosecution and application drafting matters.
- IP Analyst II is responsible for articulating US and Non-US office action responses.
- IP Analyst II is responsible for supporting continued/ directed prosecution matters.
- IP Analyst II is responsible for managing own delivery including independent interaction with engineering & IP counsels to formulate office action response strategy.
- IP Analyst II is expected to apply significant product / technology knowledge of aligned business domain into the work.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- min 3 years of experience with Intellectual Property, with a focus on patents and trademarks.
- Strong knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations.
- Experience in conducting patent searches and analyzing prior art.
