Role Overview
As a key member of IndiGo’s Brand Marketing & events team, you will be at the forefront of how India’s largest airline shows up across crucial customer and stakeholder touchpoints. This role spans high-impact experiential events, new international and domestic destination launches, tradeshow participation, employee engagement programs, and large-format brand moments such as IndiGo’s anniversary celebrations and product rollouts.
You will work across the full lifecycle of campaigns and events —from ideation and planning, through seamless execution, to post-event impact measurement. Key Responsibilities
Event Strategy, Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of events including new destination launches, tradeshows, experiential activations, press events, partner engagements, and employee-facing initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive event plans covering logistics, on-ground coordination, creative development, stakeholder communications, vendor management, and risk mitigation.
- Oversee creative theme development, design direction, experience mapping, and audience engagement strategies for each event.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables ensuring flawless execution and high-quality output.
Integrated Campaign Management
- Drive 360-degree brand campaigns across digital, ATL, BTL, and owned channels, ensuring alignment and consistency across touchpoints.
- Partner with digital, PR, corporate communications, sales, and commercial teams to deliver cohesive and impactful marketing programs.
- Coordinate with creative, media, and event agencies to conceptualize and execute campaigns that complement key events and launches.
Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Work closely with internal stakeholders—leadership teams, product owners, airport partners, commercial partners, government bodies, and cross-functional units.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, production partners, venue teams, and international/local authorities for seamless on-ground execution.
Insights, Reporting & Governance
- Track event performance, customer response, footfall, ROI, and qualitative insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to IndiGo’s brand identity, guidelines, and communication principles across all offline and experiential channels.
- Represent IndiGo at industry forums, award shows, conferences, and external engagements as required.

Required Experience
- 4+ years of experience in events, brand marketing, experiential marketing, or integrated campaigns.
- Proven track record in end-to-end event execution across formats—corporate events, experiential, brand activations, product launches, tradeshows, or government-led events.
- Experience working with or alongside creative agencies, production houses, airports, travel/hospitality partners, or large-scale consumer brands is a plus.
