Job Title: Senior Associate – Reaccommodation & Reservations
Location: Gurugram
Job Purpose
Ensure smooth management of flight schedule changes, passenger reaccommodation, and disruption handling while maintaining high customer experience standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedule amendments and passenger re-accommodations for disruptions like cancellations, delays, or diversions.
- Coordinate with Network Planning, IOCC, Call Center, and Airport teams for timely passenger notifications and itinerary adjustments.
- Update and maintain accurate schedules in Amadeus and Sabre systems.
- Provide technical support to reservations staff and customers for disruption-related queries.
- Drive process documentation, automation, and efficiency improvements in disruption handling.
- Collaborate with vendors (Amadeus, etc.) to enhance system reliability and process automation.
Skills & Experience
- Experience: 3–4 years in flight schedule management and passenger reaccommodation.
- Systems: Hands-on experience with reservation systems (Amadeus, Sabre preferred).
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with industry best practices in disruption management.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
