Reports To: Global Commercial Insights & Analytics Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop a standardised commercial contract template with consistent structure, formatting, and layout
- Analyse and translate business requirements into structured data models, and develop a user-friendly input template that captures all required fields accurately
- Build and validate an end-to-end automated process that links data fields from the input template directly to the commercial contract template, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and minimal manual intervention, with clear documentation for ongoing use
Requirements
- Year 2 or above undergraduates from Data Analytics, Data Science or other related disciplines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised with a structured and methodical approach to tasks
- Familiarity with document automation, mail merge, or template-based workflows (e.g. Word field mapping, VBA, Power Automate, or similar tools) is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Passion for the aviation industry
- Strong proficiency in English and Chinese
- Right of abode in Hong Kong (Non-local students with a "No Objection Letter" are welcome)
- Available to work full-time during the programme period
