Role Introduction
Reports to: Digital Manager – Automation
You will be part of the Digital Department (DGT), supporting the Hyperautomation Centre of Excellence (CoE) and working closely with business units across the organisation to advance digital transformation initiatives.
You will focus on shaping and delivering AI, GenAI and automation use cases that improve business agility, efficiency and cost effectiveness while aligning with enterprise governance and priorities.
This position offers you the hands-on exposure to enterprise-scale automation, GenAI (including RAG and agent-enabled solutions), stakeholder engagement and digital governance, building strong experience in translating business needs into practical, adoption-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business units to identify and analyse opportunities for AI, GenAI and automation, translating business requirements into well-defined optimisation and automation use cases
- Evaluate and shape automation and GenAI initiatives, including RAG and agent-enabled use cases, in partnership with Agile teams to prioritise, refine and execute product backlogs
- Support delivery oversight across automation and GenAI initiatives to ensure alignment with product vision, governance expectations and intended business outcomes
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align digital solutions with business vision, objectives and operational context, ensuring solutions are practical, governed and adoption-ready
- Support automation ecosystem initiatives, including delivery tracking, light project management and contribution to RPA and GenAI roadmaps
- Conduct market scanning and applied research on emerging AI, GenAI and automation technologies to assess enterprise relevance and applicability
- Promote AI and automation adoption by sharing success stories, lessons learned and tangible business outcomes across business units
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or a related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Digital or IT, preferably covering automation, AI or ML, process mining and hyperautomation
- Hands-on experience delivering enterprise automation and GenAI solutions using RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere
- Practical experience supporting Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and agent-enabled solutions integrated with enterprise data sources
- Strong understanding of human-in-the-loop design, guardrails and governance for responsible GenAI deployment
- Proven experience in project delivery and stakeholder workshops within sizable organisations
- Ability to translate business workflows into effective digital, RAG or agent-enabled solutions through close collaboration with Digital, IT and business teams
- Knowledge of Aviation and or CFO-related domains is an advantage
- Proactive and collaborative team player with strong ownership, sound judgement and excellent influencing, interpersonal and time management skills
