This Secondee will gain an executive understanding of value drivers and priorities for the company by developing recommendations to drive and measure progress for cross enterprise strategies, with a focus on Board-level priorities. The role has consistent exposure to VP+ leaders across the organization.

What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- Current 2nd year McKinsey BA
- Ability to:
- Learn quickly, navigate ambiguous problems, and approach work in a flexible way.
- Collaborate and build relationships with leaders on the Strategy team and across divisions to understand business needs, share approaches, and drive strategic capabilities forward.
- Communicate clearly and concisely for a senior executive audience, both verbally and through document preparation.
- Assess business challenges and create a streamlined approach for actionable solutions.
- Identify and analyze industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and complex data sets.
- Prioritize and monitor multiple programs, report performance measures to stakeholders. o Self-starter with a passion for Delta’s mission, curiosity, and willingness to work flexibly, including on ad hoc requests.
- Resolve to go the extra mile and support others through mentorship and skill building. o Embrace of diverse people, thinking and styles.
- Consistently prioritize safety and security of self and others.
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.
- Satisfactory performance in current position.
- BS/BA, preferably in a business or a scientific field with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
