Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maximizing network profitability by deploying CEB’s fleet at the most profitable manner and by optimizing utilization of the aircraft.
- Support in the preparation of the annual network plan and operating budget.
- Manages the network plan for the current scheduling season
- Optimizes capacity and fleet deployment ensuring overall network profitability
- Evaluates network and flight schedule effectiveness by monitoring route performance in terms of financial results and competitive position
- Coordinates with relevant stakeholders on accurate planning assumptions and feasibility of execution of the network plan
- Disseminates schedule information timely and accurately by announcing and implementing flight changes in various systems (MP2, AIMS, Navitaire SkySchedule)
- Manages airline slot holdings, reviews slot usage and compliance to slot rules
- Prepares and submits relevant documents in compliance to regulatory requirements
- Assists in preparation and creation of reports used in network decision making
Qualifications:
- Preferred candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics, Engineering (Industrial), Finance, Accounting, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent.
- Prior work experience in network planning, route planning, scheduling, or business development is preferred.
- Knowledgeable about business, finance, entrepreneurship, and negotiation concepts, or be willing to learn such.
- Knowledgeable or have familiarity in the concept of aircraft slot management.
- Prior related work experience in using network planning systems and other research tools such as MP2, SkySchedule, AIMS, Tableau, PowerBI, OAG, PAXIS, FlightRadar24, and other aviation-related resource is preferred.
- Must have basic or intermediate proficiency in the use of statistical tools and economic analysis.
Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
