Job Purpose
The successful candidate will maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of all aircraft fleet technical records in accordance with the airline’s adopted policies and procedures. The role ensures the preservation, control, and archiving of continuous airworthiness records in full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Key Result Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluation of FLYdocs and perform detailed verification of technical data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain aircraft utilization reports, ensuring timely and accurate reflection of operational data.
- Develop and update NIS (Notice of Inspection Status) statements and manage lease-end record accumulation to support smooth redelivery processes.
- Prepare comprehensive aircraft status reports for lessors, ensuring transparency and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Compile and maintain electronic logbook records, ensuring proper documentation, traceability, and audit readiness.
- Manage the activities provided by the Technical Records Officer.
- Prepare and organize all required documentation for ARC (Airworthiness Review Certificate) reviews, ensuring full regulatory compliance and audit preparedness.
Qualifications (Academic, Training, Languages)
- Minimum Higher diploma or certificate in Management or any other related field from a recognized institute; a bachelor’s degree in management/administration or equivalent is preferred.
- Awareness of aircraft operations, maintenance processes, or technical documentation
- Proficiency in managing, archiving, and retrieving technical documents and records in line with regulatory compliance standards.
- Open to acquiring knowledge in maintenance regulations (e.g., GCAA, EASA) and airline processes.
- Capable of clearly communicating with team members and other departments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); exposure to fleet management systems is a plus.
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, for reporting and data analysis.
- Works well in a team environment and takes initiative to support team goals.
- Can manage multiple tasks with a methodical and organized approach.
- Basic ability to identify discrepancies or data issues.
- Fluent in English Language.
- Knowledge in Aircraft leasing documentation, Redeliveries.
Work Experience
- With 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity handling records or document control in the Aviation industry.
- Experience with Airbus A320 family of aircraft is highly desirable.
