Our Commercial Team is seeking two Sales Team Assistants/Administrators to support the regional Sales team within a variety of responsibilities. This role will be responsible for providing support, completing expense reports, planning and coordinating of internal meetings and ensuring data accuracy across our Sales platforms amongst various additional tasks.
Your Responsibilities
- Booking travel for regional sales team within the travel policy and assisting with planning to minimise costs where possible
- Submitting expenses for Presidents and Executive VPs, ensuring compliance with the expenses policy
- Planning, coordinating and organising internal meetings for the sales team
- Minute-taking in internal meetings
- Ensuring data is correctly input by the sales team in a timely fashion in SalesForce, particularly with regard to forecasts and ongoing opportunities
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Proven experience as an assistant, admin or similar role, preferably supporting a global sales team.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant Sales software desirable.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
