We are looking for a Corporate Governance Manager to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is ideal for a strategic, analytical, and collaborative individual who understands how to lead the company's sustainability governance, reporting, and disclosure processes while ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements and alignment with stakeholder expectations. The Corporate Governance Manager oversees ESG disclosures and sustainability reporting, including IFRS S1 and S2 standards, SEC sustainability-related reporting requirements, and leading external frameworks and assessments such as CDP, Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA), EcoVadis, and the United Nations Global Compact.
This role also drives the digital transformation of ESG data management and reporting processes through platforms such as Workiva, ensuring the accuracy, traceability, and integrity of sustainability information. Additionally, the manager monitors and reports progress on the company's ESG strategy, leads governance-related initiatives, coordinates sustainable finance programs, and serves as a key liaison with investors, customers, rating agencies, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders to strengthen transparency, accountability, and the organization's sustainability positioning.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, Corporate Social Responsibility, Finance, or a related field.
- Master's degree or relevant professional certification in ESG, Sustainability, Sustainable Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, sustainability governance, and sustainable finance.
- Proven experience preparing and managing national and international sustainability reporting frameworks and standards, including IFRS S1 and S2.
- Experience supporting sustainability-related regulatory reporting requirements, including disclosures for financial regulators and sustainability reporting obligations.
- Experience leading sustainability reporting assurance processes and coordinating external verification activities.
- Experience implementing digital transformation initiatives for ESG data management and reporting, preferably using Workiva or similar reporting platforms.
- Experience managing sustainability assessments, disclosures, and rankings such as CDP, Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA), EcoVadis, the United Nations Global Compact, Merco, and Expansión.
- Experience responding to investor requests, ESG questionnaires, RFPs, and sustainability information requests from customers and external stakeholders.
- Experience monitoring, coordinating, and reporting the implementation of corporate ESG strategies across multiple business functions.
- Experience supervising cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leadership to execute ESG initiatives and governance processes.
- Experience designing, coordinating, or managing Sustainability-Linked Bonds (SLBs), Sustainability-Linked Loans (SLLs), or other sustainable finance initiatives.
- Experience working with financial institutions, investors, external verifiers, rating agencies, legal teams, finance, investor relations, and audit functions.
- Experience managing departmental budgets and monitoring financial execution through periodic reporting.
- Strong executive-level written and verbal communication skills with experience interacting with senior leadership and external stakeholders.

- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across internal and external audiences.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and thought leadership on ESG-related matters.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data quality, transparency, and reporting integrity.
- Ability to identify synergies across business functions and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate regulatory trends and evolving investor expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ESG reporting platforms, preferably Workiva.
