This Role Will Be Responsible For
- Supporting the development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of pricing tools, automation, reports, and workflows used by Revenue Management.
- Performing data analysis to provide visibility into pricing actions and identify opportunities to improve business performance.
- Assisting in the design and implementation of AI-supported workflows and reporting solutions.
- Supporting pricing analysts across the four RM Pricing entities through data gathering, reporting, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Conducting validation and quality assurance testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of systems, reports, and analytical outputs.
- Documenting business requirements, technical specifications, and operational processes.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and escalating recommendations to senior team members.
- Developing foundational knowledge of airline pricing, revenue management, and analytical methodologies.
What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- 0–2 years of relevant analytical, reporting, technology, revenue management, or business experience.
- Demonstrates interest in analytical problem solving and data-driven decision making.

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related quantitative discipline.
- Internship, academic project, or professional experience involving analytics, reporting, or process automation.
- Exposure to SQL, Python, SAS, R, or similar analytical tools.
- Exposure to Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms.
- Familiarity with airline economics, pricing, revenue management, or transportation industries.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled analytical tools or workflow automation technologies.
