This role is tasked with determining the most suitable financing options for CEB's activities, making thoughtful trade-offs among multiple choices , leading negotiations for leasing, loans, and bonds, while also managing relationships with key clients, particularly banks and lessors.
This role also involves presenting chosen financing strategies to CEB management, leading a team to ensure timely contractual compliance, and developing , refining financial models tailored to CEB's financing needs , and be engaged in various ad hoc projects as they arise, showcasing adaptability and strategic acumen in driving CEB's fleet financing success.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for choosing type of financing for CEB activities like trade-offs among multiple options
- Leads negotiation for CEB various financing activities either leases, loans, or bonds
- Client and stakeholder management especially for business focal of banks/lessors.
- Presentations to CEB management of chosen financing activities
- Leads a team and guarantees timely compliance of contractual obligations.
- Develop and refine financial models for CEB financing activities.
- Other projects may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and business courses such as: Business Management/Administration, Economics, Accountancy, Management Engineering, etc.
- Ideally has a strong finance/finance accounting training background in the field of loans and cash management.
- Must have more than 5 years of experience in the banking and finance industry, preferably in relationship management and loans management; exposure to the transportation /logistic/hospitality sector is ideal.
- Must have more than 3 years of people management experience and must exhibit strong governance and demonstrate the ability to effectively lead a team in accomplishment of daily deliverables consisting of data mining and report creation.
- Must have more than 2 years of experience in creating, dealing, and negotiating high value loan agreements potentially in the ranges above USD100MM. These agreements may or may not include asset collateral or chattel mortgages.
