Johnson Service Group is seeking an experienced Admin Analyst - Emergency Management professional to support emergency preparedness, outreach, training, and exercise programs. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain emergency response partnerships with government and emergency management agencies. Design, coordinate, and facilitate emergency preparedness exercises, including tabletop, functional, full-scale, EOC, ICP, and DEEP exercises. Coordinate emergency preparedness training and outreach activities. Develop exercise scenarios, materials, objectives, and after-action reports. Support emergency preparedness planning and program improvements. Travel to various facilities throughout Southern California. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Public Administration, Public Policy, Political Science, or related field and 6 years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience. At least 3 years of government emergency management experience. Experience with emergency exercise design, training, outreach, and facilitation. Utility or public-sector emergency management experience preferred. Valid California Class C Driver License. CEM/AEM certification preferred. ICS-300/400 preferred. FEMA IS-100, IS-200, IS-700, and IS-800 preferred/required. Must be comfortable with approximately 50% travel and driving throughout Southern California. Defensive Driving training required. $58-63/hr.
