We are looking for a Junior Financial Specialist to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is ideal for an analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who understands how to provide financial analytical support for evaluating and monitoring route network performance through structured reporting and financial models that enable informed decision-making for Network Planning and Revenue Management while ensuring data consistency and reliability. The successful candidate will contribute by analyzing financial performance, supporting route profitability evaluations, developing dashboards and reports, preparing executive-level analyses, and identifying opportunities to improve analytical processes and data quality.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Revenue Management, or similar analytical roles.
- Experience building and maintaining financial models and performing data analysis.
- Experience analyzing profitability, performance variances, and financial drivers.
- Experience preparing structured financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Experience supporting business cases and profitability evaluations through scenario and sensitivity analysis.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to support business decision-making.
Skills to succeed:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, PivotTables, and complex formulas.
- Knowledge of airline industry performance indicators such as RASK, CASK, Yield, and Load Factor (LF).
- Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify financial insights and performance drivers.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a sense of urgency.
- Strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset focused on delivering high-quality results.
- Proactive approach to continuous improvement, process optimization, and automation opportunities
