This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys recruiting top talent while supporting day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers for engineering, manufacturing, technical, and corporate positions. Onboarding: Coordinate new-hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. HR Support: Assist with employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR policies. Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate employee records and support compliance with employment laws and applicable industry regulations. Employee Engagement: Support training, employee engagement initiatives, and professional development programs. Reporting & Metrics: Track recruiting and HR metrics to help improve processes and workforce effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of combined HR and recruiting experience. Experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing is highly desirable. Previous experience recruiting engineering or technical professionals preferred. Strong understanding of employment laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
