Based in Luton, our small and highly motivated team travels across Europe to source, maintain, and deliver exceptional working environments.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll tackle the challenges of expanding and managing easyJet’s property portfolio, ensuring that our facilities meet the needs of our people, third-party suppliers, and contractors in office, hangar, and airport environments. You'll advise on, maintain, and develop best practices for day-to-day operations, support minor projects, and provide expertise on larger-scale property initiatives. Your responsibilities will include property lease negotiations and renewals, managing third-party supplier contracts, preparing annual budgets and reports, and ensuring compliance across the UK and European property portfolio. You'll also liaise with airport authorities, internal departments, and external partners to maintain and enhance our working spaces.
What You'll Bring To The Team
You'll bring strong time management and prioritisation skills, essential for mobilising resources and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. With a solid understanding of building services, construction standards, and facilities contracts, along with a recognised qualification and at least five years of supervisory experience, you'll be well-equipped to oversee & deliver minor projects effectively. Your ability to manage stakeholders, communicate clearly, negotiate, and provide constructive feedback will be crucial, as will your capability to plan for challenges, delegate tasks, and interact confidently with all levels of the organisation.

Location & Hours of Works
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be
40 hours per week. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office.
