Professional Services Engineer
We have an opportunity for a Professional Services Engineer to join us at Honeywell in Finland (Capital Area Helsinki). LenelS2's Professional Engineering Services Team is a group of skilled system engineers that assist in the deployment, upgrade and migration of LenelS2 access control systems critical to the security operations of customers including Fortune 100 firms, financial institutions, universities, and government facilities. You will strengthen the team in delivering professional services and optimizing security solutions (LenelS2) to authorized partners and End-Customers of our area of coverage mostly in Finland and Nordic countries but also Europe, Middle East, Africa and APAC. This is Hybrid 3 days from office and 2 days from Home.

Key responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance in software deployments, upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting, system pre-planning.
- Provide software and database expertise to customer and VAR project resources. Provide cybersecurity system hardening, recommendations on system design, pre-planning and implementations.
- Deploy, test, and demonstrate in a pilot environment: Products and engineering projects for customer determination of future purchase.
- Provide high level manufacturer product expertise and recommend the best products against customers’ requirements.
- Ensure a good and professional communication flow with LenelS2 Technical teams over the phone and via e-mail. Site & customer visits for product related activities (up to 30% - 50%).
Must Have Skills
- A solid knowledge of MS SQL Server and MS Windows Servers
- Experience in Access Control systems (LenelS2 OnGuard is a plus). Professional experience of IP network
- Technical support experience with focus on technical consultancy function, software troubleshooting and testing
- Proficiency in English, fluent Finnish, any additional language is a plus
- Impeccable background as job needs Security Officer Certification by Finnish Police (turvasuojaajakortti)
