Job Purpose:
To lead a shift team in ensuring efficient airport operations, exceptional customer service, and strict adherence to safety and security policies, driving passenger satisfaction and operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks
- Lead and manage shifts of VAS agents, ensuring efficient operational flow at airports.
- Coordinate daily operational tasks within the shift, including handling incidents not covered by standard procedures
- Ensuring the safety of passengers and compliance with regulations.
- Support airport teams and Vueling departments on operational issues, including reservation incidents and special passenger requests.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external departments during the shift, directing communications and decisions.

Experience
- +2 years of experience in airport operations or similar environments.
- Experience working directly in or with airport handling services or customer service
roles within an airport are crucial. - Knowledge of handling baggage irregularities and proficiency in using operational software and communication tools.
- In-depth understanding of airport operations, including security, passenger services, and emergency response protocols.
- Familiarity with the airline's operational policies and procedures.
