Job Description
Looking for a
Stores Inspector In-charge to lead inspection of incoming aviation materials, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain quality and safety standards for aircraft maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect all incoming aircraft parts, hardware, and consumables as per MOE requirements.
- Issue Stores Acceptance or Quarantine Tags based on inspection results.
- Ensure materials come from approved OEM or authorized suppliers.
- Maintain inspection records and collaborate with Quality Assurance.
- Oversee junior inspectors and ensure process compliance.
- Manage bonded store items, shelf-life checks, and storage conditions.
- Ensure proper tagging, documentation, and traceability of materials.
- Monitor DG handling, ESD protocols, and safety standards.
- Provide reports on inspection accuracy, inventory, and compliance.

Minimum
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Aviation / AME / Aeronautical
Desired
- 7+ years experience in stores inspection or aviation supply chain
- 10+ years preferred with strong compliance background
