Job Description
Hiring a
Sr. Associate – Repair to manage repair procurement, vendor performance, turnaround times, and repair order cycles for aviation components. The role ensures timely, cost-effective repair services, compliance, and improved operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Repair Associates and ensure adherence to repair processes.
- Evaluate and source repair vendors; negotiate and approve repair quotes.
- Manage repair order cycles and ensure TAT compliance.
- Analyse shop findings and coordinate corrective actions.
- Track budgets, optimize repair costs, and monitor expenditures.
- Implement process improvements, recovery strategies, and efficiency initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with airworthiness standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop repair KPIs and report performance to leadership.
- Work with QA for supplier approvals and warranty claim management.

Minimum
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related
