Job Description
We are seeking a
Sr. Manager – Cabin Maintenance to lead and manage the cabin maintenance function, ensuring world-class cabin standards, full regulatory compliance, and seamless operational coordination across engineering, inflight, and quality teams. The role ensures all cabin maintenance activities meet DGCA and OEM requirements while driving team performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Cabin Maintenance department to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality operations.
- Ensure manpower, tools, equipment, spares, and maintenance data are available for all cabin maintenance tasks.
- Monitor regulatory changes and update processes accordingly.
- Ensure all cabin rectification and maintenance follow AMM/OEM/DGCA standards.
- Coordinate with MCC, Inflight, Cabin Appearance, Planning, Logistics, and vendors.
- Review and address passenger cabin deficiencies and grievances.
- Conduct fleet surveys to identify cabin defects and plan corrective actions.
- Ensure only approved materials and tools are used during maintenance.
- Conduct performance assessments, training, and development for cabin staff.
- Ensure CRS issuance after completion of cabin maintenance activities.

Minimum
Education & Experience Requirements
- 10+2 (PCM) or equivalent
- Ab-initio AME training (DGCA-approved institute)
- DGCA (I) AME License with Type Rating on 2+ aircraft categories
Experience
Minimum: 15 years hands-on cabin maintenance experience
Desired: 10 years on A320 / 8 years on B777 or B787
