ResponsibilitiesThe Analyst, Marketing Analytics is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role involves developing and maintaining marketing performance dashboards, conducting campaign analysis, customer segmentation, and market trend evaluation. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing strategies, measure ROI, and identify opportunities for growth. Proficiency in data analytics tools, statistical methods, and strong communication skills are essential to effectively translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance across channels (email, social, website, search, and loyalty programs).
- Build dashboards, visualizations, and automated reporting to track KPIs.
- Evaluate ROI, attribution, channel efficiency, and customer journey metrics.
- Conduct A/B tests and multivariate experiments to measure impact and inform strategy.
- Translate complex data findings into clear insights and recommendations for marketing leadership.
- Identify trends, customer behaviors, and growth opportunities using qualitative and quantitative data.
- Support segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
- Partner with Brand, Digital, and CRM teams to optimize messaging and campaign design.
- Develop predictive models for customer behavior, demand forecasting, and campaign performance.
- Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and documentation for analytic models.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and deliver relevant insights.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Marketing analytics, business intelligence, or related analytics role.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Proficiency developing PowerBI dashboards
- Understanding of predictive modeling techniques (logistic regression, XGBoost, Random Forest, etc.)
- Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign analytics
- Understanding of typical marketing ROI metric calculations (MMM, ROAS, incrementality, etc.)
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
