Position Summary
Lead the finance business partnering for Commercial and Route Results, drive strategic initiatives to develop comprehensive financial and business analysis. Collaborate with subsidiaries' business units and Group Finance to drive strategic business performance and process improvements.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the finance business partnering of respective subsidiaries, drive strategic initiatives to develop comprehensive financial and business analysis. Collaborate with subsidiaries' business units and Group Finance to drive strategic business performance and process improvements
- Lead financial collaboration with subsidiary's business units and other stakeholders to deliver key strategic initiatives aimed at improving financial performance, profitability improvements and cost reduction.
- Lead the production of and analysis of monthly, quarterly and yearly management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Lead and improve decision making process of the subsidiary through financial data, insights, analysis and modelling.
- Ensure compliance to Group Finance policies and procedures and highlight process improvements opportunities where available. Review and propose action plan for contract vetting in relation to financial and commercial evaluation within the company.
- Provide overall leadership, coaching and guidance within the team; create, lead and motivate a high-performance team.
Qualifications
- Accounting/Finance and or Professional Qualification
- (ACCA, ICAEW, CPA, MIA etc)
- Certification from chartered accounting bodies (preferred)
- 10 to 14 years in Accounting/Finance or in the related field

Industry knowledge - Expert level of Knowledge for airline business
