Position Summary
This position is responsible for driving the creative marketing efforts of the Loyalty & Travel Services (LTS) division. The Specialist will act as the primary creative engine, translating campaign briefs into high-impact visuals across all digital and physical platforms—from website banners and social media assets to promotional graphics. A key focus of this role is ensuring visual consistency and brand integrity across all member touchpoints. The incumbent will be expected to manage the end-to-end design process, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver polished, platform-ready content under tight deadlines. This role requires a strong grasp of modern design principles and the ability to work fluidly within established brand guidelines while maintaining a sharp eye for layout and engagement.
Key Accountabilities
- Design and produce marketing visuals such as banners or social media graphics and to ensure all assets are brand-compliant and aligned with business goals.
- Support the marketing team by translating campaign requirements into effective creative executions and clear messaging.
- Assist in maintaining high design standards and visual consistency across all brand touchpoints and promotional materials.
- Provide ongoing support by updating and enhancing visuals for various platforms to keep marketing initiatives current.
- Support the team by staying updated on design best practices and applying modern techniques to keep the brand’s look fresh.
Qualifications / Areas of Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design or a related creative field
- At least 3 years of working experience in graphic design, digital marketing design or related creative work
Areas of Experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and other relevant design tools.
- Ability to design and adapt key visuals across web, social media, and promotional channels, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Relevant experience creating digital graphics for campaigns, paid media, and other marketing initiatives across multiple channels, in either agency or in-house marketing environments.
- Familiarity with current social media trends and the ability to translate them into engaging, high-quality content is a plus.
- Basic motion or video editing capability is an added advantage, including the ability to create or animate short-form video content using tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or other social media video editing platforms
