Role Overview
The position demands expertise in Textile and Garment Industry for sourcing and managing uniforms for the company, Warehousing & Logistics experience, onboarding of HR Consultants and independent consultants, Gifting Items etc., select Admin goods and services. The ideal candidate will excel in vendor negotiations, contract management, and ensuring seamless operational continuity and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Uniform
- Negotiate and ensure delivery and timely completion of quality uniform requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, and vendor for timely delivery.
- Ensure Unform delivered as per the tech pack meeting the quality standards and uniform guidelines.
- Warehouse Management & Logistics
- Selection, Negotiation and closure of Warehouses
- Ensure Inventory Monitoring and optimum inventory is being maintained across warehouses
- Coordinate timely delivery of material from warehouse to airports.
- Monitoring of product acceptance inline with Quality Control parameters
- Others: HR Consultant, Gifting items and select Admin Services
- Negotiate, finalize and ensure delivery of goods and services in line with requirements.
- Procurement Process to be complied with respect to goods and services
- Contract Negotiation & Compliance Management
- Negotiate and close contracts for the activities carried out.
- Compliance with respect to Procurement Process and Code of Business Conduct
- Maintain strict ethical standards and uphold conduct in line with Company Policy
- Vendor Management & Governance
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors to strengthen supplier base.
- Conduct Business Reviews to assess performance and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve escalations effectively
Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Technical expertise with respect to Textile and Garment Industry preferred
- Exposure to warehouse operation and inventory management
- Excellent vendor management and stakeholder coordination
- Analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities
- Regulatory knowledge with respect to Admin Services is preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering / MBA in Supply Chain
- 6–12 years of experience in procurement with related expertise
Candidate having Textile and Garment Industry experience and exposure to warehouse operation will be preferred
