Corporate Strategy Manager
We are looking for our next Corporate Strategy Manager to join Amadeus in our Nice offices!
This person will provide strategic insights and recommendations through definition and delivery of studies, enabling Amadeus Top Management to make key decisions.
Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Identify opportunities/needs for studies to support activities.
- Responsible for defining and delivering detailed studies focused on the most significant strategic issues faced by the company/business unit. This includes developing business recommendations on the growth opportunities (organic and inorganic) and investment priorities, as well as building recommendations on the best operating model to support the strategy. Projects of this magnitude usually involve many stakeholders internally and externally, require a thorough analysis of the possible scenarios and of the most appropriate responses.
- Represent Strategy in a number of internal events (e.g., market seminars, regular BU/segment checkpoints, etc.).
For Projects/studies Under Your Responsibility
- Define the scope and deliverables in cooperation with internal client.
- Lead the project using best practices, collaborating with a virtual team made of resources from Corporate Strategy, BU’s, internal support functions, and external sources of knowledge.
- Provide support and feedback to the Strategy Analysts/Managers involved in the studies, ensuring that each study allows participants to learn and develop their profile.
- Complete the agreed-upon project tasks, focusing on quality and commitment to the internal customer.
- Ensure that studies are completed as planned for internal customers.
- Present findings and recommendations to appropriate decision groups (BU, ExCom…).
- If included in the project’s scope, supervise the implementation of the proposed recommendation, in close cooperation with the business.
- Ensure that customer satisfaction is monitored and maintained.
Who We Look For
- you have at least 4 years of experience in Strategy consulting
- you are autonomous to lead your projects and you are used to deal with C-Level stakeholders
- you are willing to join a fascinating industry, with really nice and smart people!
- you are ok to relocate to the beautiful South of France
- your English is fluent
