We’re on the lookout for a global DE&I Manager to join our team and drive and implement our DE&I commitment into real practices for the employees and leaders of Amadeus!

join our DEI Center of Excellence global team. As DEI Manager, you will be actively involved in developing, guiding, and supporting impactful cross-functional projects. You will work collaboratively across departments and closely with leadership to champion and implement DEI initiatives that resonate with our corporate values and ambition to create “an inclusive employee experience for all”.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Co-create, design, and implement global DEI strategic and compliance-based DEI initiatives.
- Guide and oversee DEI cross-functional projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and are delivered on time.
- Consult, educate, and provide DEI expertise to stakeholders across HR, Corporate Compliance, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), and other functions.
- Develop and deliver DEI workshops and training sessions to educate and engage employees at all levels.
- Monitor and analyze DEI metrics to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and identify areas for improvement in Amadeus’s ESG positioning.
- Review and update company policies to ensure they reflect legislative changes and the organization’s commitment to DEI.
- Advocate for inclusive practices and promote awareness of DEI issues within the organization.
- Own the development and delivery of initiatives in line with our strategy.
About The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: Experience in DEI, human resources, or a related field, with experience in managing global projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, social sciences, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Skills: Excellent project management skills, proficient English communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels and cultures.
- Knowledge: Understanding of DEI principles, best practices, and legal requirements.
- Personal Attributes: Committed to DEI, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and a flexible, adaptable mindset.
