Role Overview
Integrate the Amadeus Lean-Agile Center of Excellence as a Community manager. For a minimum period of 6 months. It's mandatory to be comfortable with Microsoft Suite, Knowing confluence is a plus.
The Engineering Community team of Amadeus aims to guide the communities of practices of the company.
Today, the communities are employee-led on a full voluntary mode by core team of ambassadors (organization, activities, communication, engagement with members). The Engineering Community team provides a framework and coaching when needed.
The purpose of this internship is to pilot an experiment in which the community ambassadors (Professionals currently leading the community) will beneficiate of the professional support of a community manager for operational activities, so that they can focus on their field expertise and spread the culture to the group.
Key Responsibilities
Support the engineering community manager / coach
- Learn from an academic study being run in 2023-2024 on community engagement
- Learn for our playbook and receive training about communities and their structure, including recommendations and good practices.
- Join the Ambassador Community to learn and share.
- Work with the Community Managers to experiment and elaborate recommendation about how this role could be implemented and used to support other communities in the future
Work with some Community ambassadors to support them in the organization of events and initiatives

- Communication
- Brainstorming ideas to generate more engagement
- From this experience, build assessment and develop recommendations on how to improve the community model and support the ambassadors
