About The Role
As part of the Market & Competitive Intelligence team, you will collect critical data, perform in-depth analysis, and deliver meaningful market insights. But it is not just about crunching numbers. Your role is pivotal in shaping business decisions and making a tangible impact. It is also about collaborating closely with stakeholders and enabling data-driven decisions. As a key player, you will be expected to convey complex analytics concepts in a clear and concise manner.
What You Will Do
Data Collection & Analysis
- Gather and interpret data to create insights that will shape strategic decisions at SITA.
- Engage in market modeling and analysis, identifying trends and translating them into actionable business strategies for global regions, business units, and executives.
External Partnerships
- Develop quarterly thought leadership content based on insights gathered, targeting industry topics relevant to SITA’s growth.
- Support external relationship-building initiatives, including partnerships with industry research providers, industry groups, and other thought leaders.
Research & Market Insights
- Suggest and perform targeted research projects to deepen our understanding of the ATI industry, offering actionable insights for business growth.
- Identify and leverage diverse information sources, both internal and external, to gather pertinent data on industry dynamics, market trends, and potential areas for portfolio expansion.
- Continuously develop expertise in the aviation and air travel industry through thorough research efforts, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of market nuances.
- Aggregate research findings and craft business-centric insights using data visualizations, dashboards, or other Business Intelligence tools, facilitating informed decision-making processes.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies meticulously to drive strategic planning initiatives aimed at enhancing market share and capitalizing on emerging opportunities.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication
- Deliver concise insights and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite.
- Act as a liaison across SITA's geographies and business units, fostering relationships and gathering insights into their needs.
- Educate internal partners on market intelligence findings, aligning on priorities and fostering collaboration.
- Work with the team to meet project deadlines effectively.

Who You Are
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Brings 2+ years of experience in data modeling, strategic intelligence, or market analysis within an international context.
- Proven relationship builder with excellent communication skills; confident speaking across different geographies and business units.
- Experience in copywriting and producing thought leadership content, with samples of written work preferred.
- Resilient and adept at navigating around obstacles.
- Critical thinker, capable of analyzing facts, evidence, and arguments to draw valid conclusions on complex subjects.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work and deliver results independently.
- Maintains a customer-focused mindset, prioritizing their needs, and delivering exceptional service.
- Adaptable and eager to learn new methodologies and technologies to enhance performance.
- Previous experience in technology, aviation, or air travel industries is preferred.
- Possesses excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
