Workshop Planning Officer

Executive, Workshop Planning Control (WSPC)
Main Responsibilities
Execute the planned, scheduled, preventive and corrective maintenance program and resource utilization capture for the Ground Support Equipment maintained by GSE Department.
Specific Functions
- Assist the Senior Planner Workshop Production Control on daily deliverables.
- Perform data entry of closed EDRs for breakdown rectification, which require deployment of workshop resources.
- Update records, close and file all maintenance task cards appropriately.
- Co-ordinate with User Departments on Equipment Maintenance call-out and collection of equipment.
- Initiate spares requirement for equipment undergoing service and cleaning.
- Co-ordinate within GSE sections on equipment progress.
- Carry out any other duties or assignments as directed by the superior from time to time.
- Ensure high standard of quality, safety, security, health and environment always.
