Our Technical Operations team is full of aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities professionals, and supply chain teams that help make sure they’re well taken care of and ready to get our customers to their desired destinations. Key Responsibilities
- This position will manage warranty claims for the capture of all available contractual warranty remedies and non-contractual business consideration remedies.
- Utilize understanding of departmental contracts and GSE/Facilities product support and assurance agreements to develop, pursue and manage the following categories of parts, labor and service provider recovery claims related to removal and replacement of repairable parts and equipment
- Develop warranty tracking analytics and supplier management best practices to inform vendor/unit selection, equipment lifecycle costing and procurement negotiations
- Assist with equipment procurement, contract development/support, Coupa/systems management, vendor audits, and Accounts Payable vendor setups to meet needs of GSE and Facilities group
- Capture and compile data from GSE/Facilities information systems (Fleet Focus, etc.) to prepare and compile claims
- Consult on warranty issues and coordinate the communication needs and activities with suppliers and key departmental stakeholders

Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in Engineering, Finance, Aviation Management, or Supply Chain.
- 1-2 years of experience in warranty recoveries, data analytics, project management, finance, business management or experience through combination of education/experience
- Proven expertise in project management, finance, process improvement
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics
- Excellent project management capabilities, able to lead process through data-driven insights
- Advanced skills with productivity and collaboration tools including MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in mechanical engineering and business administration
- Prior warranty management work
- Proficient in analytical tools such as: Python/programming languages, SQL, PowerBI, Oracle, Spotfire, Tableau, Microsoft Forms, etc.
