Job Description
We are seeking a
Manager – Powerplant (On-Wing/Off-Wing) to lead engine maintenance operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize powerplant reliability and efficiency. The role involves managing technical teams, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining high standards in engine performance and maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage powerplant maintenance activities, both on-wing and off-wing.
- Ensure engine availability and reliability in line with operational requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on quality assurance, maintenance programs, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of engine components.
- Maintain compliance with aviation regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Support planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for engine maintenance programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities, industry associations, and key stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop powerplant engineering teams to ensure operational excellence.

Education & Experience Requirements
- Aircraft Maintenance Engineer qualification with DGCA license, or relevant engineering degree (Aeronautical / Mechanical)
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in powerplant engineering or related field
- At least 2 years in a leadership role
- Knowledge of FAA regulations, industry standards, and best practices (preferred)
