Job Description
We are seeking a
Sr. Manager – Tech Services to lead aircraft maintenance and engineering operations. The role involves overseeing fleet technical management, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, mitigating maintenance risks, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in aircraft selection, acquisition, and retirement in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Manage risks related to aircraft maintenance and repairs, identifying safety hazards and developing mitigation strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering team to achieve operational and organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Monitor operational efficiency, aircraft availability, and timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Support additional projects or tasks as assigned by leadership.

Education & Experience Requirements
- Aircraft Maintenance Engineer qualification with DGCA license, or relevant engineering degree (Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Avionics)
- Minimum 6–7 years experience in aircraft engineering services/maintenance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Practical experience in aviation safety standards and safe operating practices
- Strong knowledge of regulations and industry standards preferred
- Experience on Boeing fleet is an advantage
