Job Purpose
To lead the development, sequencing, and optimization of aircraft maintenance workflows. Ensures regulatory compliance (CAR-145/AMP), accurate resource modelling, and efficient planning through robust standards databases and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workflow design for aircraft checks, including task sequencing, man-hour estimation, tooling, and material mapping.
- Ensure all maintenance workflows comply with CAR-145, AMP, and airworthiness requirements.
- Manage and maintain centralized standard databases with strong data integrity and revision control.
- Use planning software (e.g., AMOS) to build high-fidelity, executable maintenance packages.
- Validate TAT estimates and coordinate with Operations to meet delivery targets.
- Forecast manpower, materials, and tooling requirements based on planned workflows.
- Resolve resource conflicts, analyze deviations, and implement corrective measures.
- Review task cards for skills, dependencies, and resource demands.
- Lead and mentor Standards Planners to ensure accuracy in planning deliverables.
- Oversee BOM/BOT analysis and ensure correct provisioning for maintenance checks.
- Present planned workflows to internal teams and customers during input meetings.
- Track KPIs related to workflow accuracy, TAT, and team performance.
- Ensure documentation is audit-ready for regulatory inspections.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Education & Experience
- Engineering Degree / Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.
- DGCA license preferred.
- 8–10 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance or planning;
- 3–5 years’ experience as certifying staff preferred.
- Experience with AMOS or equivalent MIS systems.
