Reports to: Assistant Manager – Project Management
Job Purpose
To support planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance projects by managing schedules, resources, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of maintenance projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in project budgeting, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
- Monitor resource availability, utilization, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Assist in identifying risks and supporting mitigation plans.
- Contribute to process improvements and best-practice implementation.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Education & Experience - Education: Engineering Degree or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
- Experience:
- Minimum: 1–5 years in aircraft maintenance or planning
- Desired: Experience with AMOS or similar MIS
