Job Description
Looking for a
Material Planning In-Charge to manage aircraft material planning, inventory control, and part availability for MRO operations. The role ensures timely material support, compliance with processes, and efficient stock management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage material planning procedures and stock parameters.
- Monitor inventory levels of critical aircraft parts and avoid shortages.
- Clear provisioning triggers, shortages, and store discrepancies.
- Support AOG, SLA, cycle time, backlog, and inventory KPIs.
- Handle surplus stock declarations and buyback arrangements.
- Prepare documentation for alternate parts and class change requests.
- Support cost optimization and sustainability initiatives.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and suppliers for timely material availability.

Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Aviation, Supply Chain, or related fiel
- 6–7 years of experience in material planning or inventory management in airline/MRO
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
- Preferred: Master’s degree and 8+ years aviation material planning experience
