Job Purpose
Ensure operational readiness, reliability, and compliance of Ground Support Equipment (GSE), tooling assets, and ASRS systems across the MRO. Support maintenance operations by ensuring timely availability, calibration, and serviceability of equipment while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for GSE, tooling, and ASRS systems.
- Monitor equipment serviceability and coordinate repairs/warranty actions with vendors and OEMs.
- Maintain accurate calibration, documentation, and audit-ready records as per DGCA/EASA/FAA standards.
- Support tooling requirement assessments with engineering and maintenance teams.
- Track KPIs including equipment uptime, calibration compliance, and tooling cost efficiency.
- Support development of cost-efficient tooling fabrication and procurement strategies.
- Ensure ASRS integration with inventory and MRO systems (e.g., AMOS) and monitor system performance.
- Participate in root-cause analysis for failures and support corrective action implementation.
- Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement in tooling and GSE operations.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Manager.
