Project Manager – Planning (Engineering | MRO – BLR)
Job Purpose
Lead planning and execution of aircraft maintenance projects, ensuring timely, safe, and cost-effective completion in line with regulatory and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage performance of the project team and oversee end-to-end project delivery.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Conduct pre-input meetings to align stakeholders.
- Act as primary liaison between airline customers, internal teams, and external agencies.
- Monitor project progress, adjust timelines, and manage risks.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and performance reports.
- Ensure coordination across departments to avoid delays.
- Use MRO systems (AMOS or MIS) for tracking and reporting.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Support audits and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Oversee daily project monitoring and team follow-up.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
