Job Description
We are hiring a
Procurement – Repair Incharge to manage end-to-end repair procurement, vendor management, cost control, and repair order lifecycle for aviation components. The role ensures timely repairs, quality compliance, and efficient supplier performance to support MRO operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide Repair Associates; ensure adherence to repair processes and targets.
- Source and evaluate vendors for repair materials and services; negotiate and approve repair quotes.
- Manage repair order cycles to meet agreed turnaround times and cost parameters.
- Analyse shop findings and track vendor performance to improve TAT and quality.
- Monitor and manage repair budgets; identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement recovery and efficiency improvement processes in repair operations.
- Coordinate with in-house repair shops to optimize routing of unserviceable components.
- Develop and track repair KPIs; report performance and initiate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in repair procurement.
- Maintain supplier approval registers and manage warranty interfaces.

Minimum
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 6–7 years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in repair procurement
Desired
- Master’s degree preferred
- 8+ years in vendor management, contract management, repair sourcing, or aviation supply chain
