Job Description
We are hiring a
Mega Warehouse Incharge to lead end-to-end warehouse operations for aviation materials, spare parts, and equipment. The role oversees receiving, storage, inventory control, compliance, and distribution while ensuring high accuracy, safety, and operational efficiency in the MRO warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuing, and order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards.
- Optimize stock levels by analyzing inventory usage trends and preventing shortages or overstock.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper maintenance and safe use of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors).
- Evaluate and support adoption of warehouse technology or WMS systems.
- Provide leadership, training, and support to warehouse teams.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations for material requirements and stock updates.

Minimum
Education & Experience Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in inventory management, receiving/dispatch, or warehouse operations
Desired
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Warehouse Management Professional (WMP) preferred
- 5+ years experience in warehouse operations & team management
- Aviation industry experience is an added advantage
