Job Title- Executive – Data Analytics
Summary
The incumbent will act as key analytics professional responsible for transforming complex datasets into meaningful and actionable business insights. The role involves advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and dashboard development using tools such as Excel 365, Power BI, SPSS, SQL, and Python to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibility
Data Analysis & Modeling
Analyze, interpret, and visualize complex datasets using Excel 365, Power BI, SPSS, and SQL
Perform univariate, bivariate, and multivariate statistical analysis
Conduct regression analysis and predictive modeling
Apply NLP techniques for text analytics using SPSS
Dashboards & Reporting
Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI
Translate analytical findings into actionable business insights
Drive automation of dashboards and reports to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and real-time decision-making
Data Engineering & Quality Assurance
Extract and manage data using SQL
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics solutions
Present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Excel 365, Power BI, SPSS, and SQL
- Strong statistical and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret complex data and derive insights

Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Relevant experience in data analytics, statistical modeling, and reporting
- Exposure to predictive analytics and advanced analytics projects is preferred
Certifications
- Certifications in Data Analytics, Power BI, SQL, or Data Science (preferred)
